We require a first class manager who is the best in their field to build on the continued success of this fast growing travel company The customer support department is an integral part of the company, and is responsible for the quality of service provided to customers. Our agents take a variety of calls which demands our agents to recognise and complete customer`s needs, whilst always providing the highest level of outstanding customer service. The department is customer centric to meet stretching targets that contribute to our company`s success. Key Role Responsibilities Ш Report directly into the Sales & Marketing Director. Ш Communicate results to senior management. Ш Management of the customer support team to maximise team performance, being number of calls taken, number of issues resolved. Ш To ensure that excellent customer care is maintained at all times. Ш Devise and implement operational strategy in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery. Ш To constantly motivate the team, whilst on duty, to achieve maximum performance through inspirational leadership. Ш To professionally handle customer complaints. Ш To collate recommendations on identified training needs and communicate with senior management to ensure training needs are met. Ш Planning and logistics. Ш Efficiency improvement month on month. Ш Make sound business decisions in an empowered culture.
